Boser has played every position except catcher and pitcher in his four years in college. After spending three seasons with South Florida, Boser transferred to Florida for his 2025 senior season. He slashed .336/.437/.613 with 18 home runs and was the only Gator to play each of the team’s 61 games. Boser can also lay claim to multiple solid offensive seasons in the Cape Cod League, first in 2023 and second in 2024.Listed at 6-foot-1, 215 pounds, Boser uses an open setup at the plate and hits the ball hard. He showed an ability to homer to all fields in the SEC and has been a consistent double-digit home run hitter since his 2023 sophomore season in college. While Boser has solid raw power and exit velocities up to 116 mph with metal, he also has poor contact skills and an unwieldy offensive approach. Boser owns a career 28.2% strikeout rate and he has really struggled to connect with secondaries—including a 38% miss rate against breaking balls and offspeed pitches in 2025. Boser is an above-average runner who gets out of the box quickly and stole 19 bases as a senior. While he primarily played third base for Florida, he can handle all the infield positions and might run enough to get time in center field in pro ball. -

Boser is a 6-foot-1, 209-pound infielder and outfielder who has spent time at every defensive position outside of catcher and pitcher in this three-year college career. He posted an OPS over 1.000 in each of the 2023 and 2024 seasons and as a junior slashed .299/.351/.667 with 12 home runs, a 26.7% strikeout rate and 7.6% walk rate. He’s an aggressive hitter who has contact questions but has homered to all fields this spring and also did a surprising job taking his walks in the Cape Cod League in 2023 when he struck out 38 times and walked 31 times in 38 games.
